Description
Flaky and sweet Raspberry Pastry Twists made from puff pastry and raspberry jam. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dessert.
Ingredients
2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
½ cup raspberry seedless jam
¼ cup flour (for rolling)
2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Lightly flour your surface and roll pastry sheets to 12×16 inches.
3. Spread jam evenly over one sheet, top with second sheet, and press lightly.
4. Cut into ½-inch strips, twist, and chill for 15 minutes.
5. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden brown, then cool and dust with sugar.
Notes
Brush with milk before baking for a glossy finish.
Best served warm. Store in airtight container up to 2 days.
